Wakaba Japanese Restaurant

If I were to recommend Japanese restaurant in HCMC, this is one on my list. You can enjoy common dishes popular in “居酒屋” (Izakaya, IStay, ZakaAlcohol, YaShop). Each dish is prepared and presented carefully on appropriate porcelain. Visual presentstion is one of key aspect in Japanese cuisine and they do very well. Interior decor is very nice, not fancy but care in detail. They also run several other restaurants in this area, all are different concept, but you can feel similar atmosphere.

Mình thường hay đi nhà hàng Nhật, nhưng ko phải chổ nào cũng là vị Nhật thật. Riêng ở đây thì khách Nhật rất đông, nên đồ ăn cũng đặc trưng hơn quán khác. Tuy là có mắc so với lượng đồ ăn nhưng đáng để thử. Cũng đi được mấy lần rồi do gần, và sẽ ghé tiếp.
