Ramen Tsukemen Daigo

Difficult to find and not friendly menu for non Japanese. But if like Tsukemen (dipping soup ramen) and you are “rich dried fish ramen soup ” lover, this is the must place to try. Same taste as in Japan, you can enjoy it here. Their thick noodle is also tasty, using whole grain. Abura Soba (flavored oil mixed ramen noodle without soup) was a bit too oily though.

Sợi mì chất lượng, nêm nếm vừa ăn. Một phần size S ăn ngập mặt. Mà chú ý này là ramen khô, sốt đi kèm để chấm chứ đừng đổ vào chung với mì sẽ bị ngấy

Mì Nhật mình ăn khá nhiều nhưng lần đầu ăn tsukemen, mì và nước chấm tonkotsu rất ngon, có điều thịt heo hơi nồng một chút. Cá nhân đánh giá thì nước tonkotsu ngon hơn nước kara (hơi bị dầu quá) Sẽ tiếp tục order.
