Mình đến quán vì thấy quảng cáo pizza chảo nhưng đến quán không có. Mình order bánh sò điệp phô mai viền 3 vị, thêm phần salad, 1 chai nước thì được tặng 1 bánh thường. Order thêm khoai tây chiên được giảm giá 29.000/phần. Bánh phô mai viền ba vị ăn rất ngon, thích hợp cho tín đồ phô mai nha! Nhân viên thân thiện, quán sạch sẽ Tổng hoá đơn 407.000

Tụi mình kêu 4 pizza gồm thập cẩm cao cấp, hải sản pestro, pizza nấm, pizza bò và 2 phần salad cá hồi vì nâng cấp viền phô mai cộng với chương trình 1 tặng 1 bắt buộc phải mua 4 chai nước ngọt + 4 phần salad chay tổng cộng hết 1tr357k Salad cá hồi mình thấy không ngon bằng phần salad hay phải mua kèm chương trình 1 tặng 1. Pizza nấm phù hợp với người ăn chay cho rất nhiều nấm ăn cũng lạ miệng Pizza thập cẩm cao cấp mình thấy chẳng khác gì với pizza pestro. Chỉ có rải thêm trái ô liu Nếu lần sau đặt món lại mình thích ăn pizza hải sản nhất Nhân viên nhận order mình thấy không tập trung m đặt 4 cái tặng 4 cái tổng cộng 8 cái hẹn 11g30 giao mà đầu óc ntn chỉ giao 4 cái mới 10g30 đã giao làm bạn nhân viên giao hàng chạy đi chạy về

I have no idea why this pizza place gets such high rating, but I would rate it a zero star since it failed right in the beginning to deliver the pizzas to me. - We had friends coming to my house and I ordered 4 pizzas at 5:45pm. Pizza Hut called me back 2 minutes after I made the order online. They confirmed the order and said the pizzas would be delivered in 45 mins, which is 6:30pm. It sounds reasonable time for dinner and I agreed to continue with the order. - At 6:30pm no pizzas were deliverred. I called the restaurant number and nobody picked up the phone so I had to called the services line. Mr. Tuan, the agent, said the delivery guy already left fhe restaurant 10mins and tell me to wait another 10mins. So I waited for another 30mins. - At 7:00pm no pizzas were delivered. I called the restaurant again. Nobody picked up the phone, of course I had to call the services line. Mr. Tuan connected me with the restaurant. Ms. Linh first asked me if I received the pizzas. Of course I said not yet. Then she explained that the delivery guys had accident on the way so he had to come back to the restaurant to pick up the new pizzas. Ms. Linh told me to wait another 10mins. So I waited another 30mins. - At 7:30pm no pizzas were delivered. I called the restaurant again. Ms. Linh said that the restaurant was overload with order and the delivery is slower due to the rain, and told me to wait another 5 mins. I kept asking her if she was definitely guarant that the pizzas would be deliverred in 5mins and she said yes. - At 8:00pm no pizzas were delivered. We gave up on the restaurant. Our friends just left without having dinner with us. - At 10:30pm, someone from the restaurant called me and asked me a very unrelated question “How does the delivery guy looks like?”. I said they never delivered the pizzas to me. Then the staff just hang up the phone on me without an apology. I were so upset that I called back and asked her what was the situation, why did they not deliver the food to me. She provided the same answer that the restaurant was overloaded and asked me if I still want the pizzas to deliverref AT 10:30PM AT NIGHT! 5 HOURS AFTER I ORDERED!!! Thanks to Pizza Hut, I had such riddiculous experience and wasted 2 hours waiting for an order that never came. Pizza Hut, please put your customer TRUST above anything! We TRUSTED you to deliver food to us and you LIED! NOT 1 BUT 3 TIMES, kept telling us to wait another 10mins, which turned out to be FOREVER! Your rating, review, and reputation will surely will not last long if you have no INTEGRITY and RESPECT to your customers!
