Intro: I have combination oily skin that also gets dry. Slightly large pores on my nose and partially on my cheeks. Acne is mild, just a few (menstrual cycles are also irregular so maybe that's why). For my consulation, I was told my pores are big, my skin type, things that might be factors of my bad skin, and treatment plans. She washed my skin and took a look at it. I also have slight capillary damage because I pick my acne and have tiny acne scars from it. I damaged the skin (barely) and that's why it's a little red. So I would need a dermal roller treatment to correct this and get healthy new skin. Then I chose the acne/blackhead removal treatment. She first steamed my face with sightly hot air to open my pores, then removed my inpurities for 10 min. Afterwards, I had a blue light mask on my face to kill bacteria. This took 15min~ Lastly, I was given treatment cream and a surgical mask to keep my face hygenic on the way home. The after effects: reddened face for 1 day. Upkeep: no makeup (except for eye area, wash face several times a day, and wash face). 4 days after: skin began getting oily. 1 week later, Next Appointment: I did the same treatment and my face was better. But there were slight differences I didn't like: She didn't wash my face well and my black makeup was smeared when I checked my face afterwards. She didn't give me a surgical mask this time. She left the blue light mask on me for 5-7 minuted longer than needed (the light automatically goes out after 15min so I laid there and had to wait for her. Her assistant was also not happy when I said my pores are still there and looked at me strangely. I didn't like this and it wasn't polite since I was a customer. Her skincare products are basic, I looked at them and it just doesn't feel professional. So I will end my treatment here and will go elsewhere. It helped me, but it lacks the professionalism my face needs right now.
